Our website provides information about our door, window, screen, installation, and related services. It also allows visitors to contact us, request estimates, and submit service or warranty inquiries.
Descriptions, photographs, manufacturer references, and other website materials are provided for general informational purposes. They do not establish the scope, specifications, price, availability, or suitability of any particular product or service for your property.
Services and geographic coverage are subject to project review and availability.
Submitting a form, requesting an estimate, or communicating through our website does not, by itself:
Dates discussed through website forms or initial communications are tentative unless expressly confirmed by Portellē.
Scheduling may depend on product delivery, site readiness, access, weather, personnel availability, and other project conditions. The terms governing project delays or schedule changes are contained in the applicable project agreement.
Our service and warranty request forms allow customers to report concerns and request an evaluation.
Submitting a request does not establish that an issue is covered under warranty or that an inspection, repair, replacement, or service visit will be provided without charge.
Coverage is determined by the applicable written warranty, project agreement, evaluation findings, and applicable law. Installation workmanship concerns and manufacturer product defects may be subject to different warranties and review processes.
If a requested evaluation or service is chargeable, we will disclose the applicable fees and obtain your authorization before performing chargeable work. A request submission alone does not authorize those charges.
Website forms are not an emergency response service and may not be reviewed immediately. If a condition presents an immediate safety risk, stop using the affected system and seek appropriate assistance.
Portellē is an independent business. References to manufacturers, brands, or products do not imply ownership, agency, or an affiliation beyond any relationship expressly identified.
Manufacturer warranties, product specifications, and support policies are established by the applicable manufacturer. Any assistance we provide with a manufacturer claim does not, by itself, mean we assume the manufacturer’s warranty obligations.
Nothing in this section limits Portellē’s obligations under your written agreement or applicable law.
You agree to provide accurate information when submitting inquiries, project details, photographs, documents, or service requests.
You must have the right to share the materials you submit. Please do not submit payment card information, government identification numbers, passwords, or other sensitive information through general inquiry forms.
You retain ownership of your submitted materials. By submitting them, you grant Portellē permission to use and share them with service providers or relevant project participants only as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, evaluate your project, or provide the requested services, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
Submitting photographs or other materials through a request form does not, by itself, authorize their use in public advertising.
When you contact us or submit a request, we may respond using the contact information you provide for purposes related to that request or your project.
Submitting an inquiry does not, by itself, constitute consent to unrelated marketing communications. Where additional consent is required, we will request it separately.
Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information are described in our separate Privacy Policy.
You agree not to use the website to:
Website text, branding, designs, graphics, photographs, and other materials are owned by Portellē or used with permission, unless otherwise indicated. Third-party trademarks and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
You may view, download, or print website materials for personal use in evaluating our services. Except as permitted by law or with the rights holder’s written permission, you may not reproduce, modify, sell, or commercially distribute those materials.
Our website may link to third-party websites or use third-party tools, including manufacturer resources, scheduling services, or communication platforms.
Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control third-party content or practices. A link does not, by itself, constitute an endorsement or guarantee.
We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate, but errors or omissions may occur. We may correct website content and update service descriptions or availability.
Website updates do not automatically change an accepted project agreement.
To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that every item of information will always be current.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Portellē will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to access, the website.
This limitation applies to website use. It does not determine liability for installation work, product sales, or other contracted services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
These Terms are governed by California law and applicable federal law, without depriving you of any mandatory protections available under applicable law.
If you have a concern about the website or these Terms, please contact us so we can attempt to resolve it. Contacting us is not a prerequisite to exercising any legal right or filing a complaint with a government agency.
Disputes concerning contracted work are subject to the applicable project agreement and governing law. These website Terms do not independently require arbitration or waive your right to bring an otherwise available claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
Changes apply prospectively and do not amend an existing project agreement. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain your agreement before a change takes effect.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective to the extent permitted by law.
